All orders must be pre-paid with credit card via Paypal, check or money order. A $30 service charge will be applied to returned checks, which must be replaced with a cashiers check or money order.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum to receive wholesale pricing.

Shipping & Delivery
Cowpoke Maternity, LLC ships throughout the United States and Canada. Please allow three weeks for standard orders. (Note: some of these orders may take longer depending on our inventory levels). Shipping costs will be calculated for specific orders and added to your invoice. Cowpoke Maternity ships via USPS unless another source requested. Rush orders may be possible on a case by case basis.
Returns & Cancellations
All merchandise is made/packaged to order. Cancellation will result in a 10% re-stocking fee. All sales are final. Authorized returns only due to damages or shipping errors will be accepted only if notified within 10 days for replacement or credit to your account.
Samples
Since we are a small company with limited inventory we must charge full wholesale price for samples.
